If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with our Virtual Assistant Services, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchase and are subscribed with Us.

Subscription mean a request by You to subscribe to Virtual Assistant Services from Us.

Website refers to Vaadi Outsourcing - Your Virtual Assistant, accessible from https://www.vaadioutsourcing.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Subscription Order Cancellation Rights
Please, review the refund policy thoroughly before purchasing a subscription as we at Vaadi Outsourcing do not issue refunds after purchase. You can ask any number of questions on skype/email before purchasing. Users who purchase our subscription are considered aware of all the available features and limitations. Refunds on downgrades will be entertained only if the client has served the due notice period for cancellation/downgrades. All cancellation and downgrade requests require a 30 day notice period.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
